Favorite jelly, for now..

HELLO PEOPLE! Yknow I'm suppose t be sleeping now. But Im feeling Guilty for not updating my blog yesterday so ya, I decided t blog before I sleeps! (;

Guess what? On sunday, i was browsing through a magazine that mommy left on th sofa and a picture of a jelly caught my eyes!



I WAS LIKE WAAA! Like so yummmmy! I wannnnna make this at home!! So I went t shopNsave and bought th galantine powder(jelly powder) and made it after school yesterday!! I Just ate it and omg! It's awesome!! SO HAPPY LEY!!




not only is th jelly delicious, it is also very healthy! Because no sugar is added AT ALL! No MILK AS WELL! th most unhealthy thing that can be found in it is NATA DE COCO! HAHAH. but IT HAS A HEALTHIER CHOICE triangle on it so it shouldn't be too unhealthy either!!

AND it's damn easy t prepare too!

All you need is...

1) 4 bottles of vitagen, any flavor will do but I used peach flavour cause my house only has a complete row of peach vitagen.



2) a packet of NATA de coco!



Actually you don't need a full packet cause in th end I had about a bowl of left over. -.-




3) gelatine(jelly powder)



4) water





5) and lastly jelly mould




So firstly, you add 4 tablespoon of gelatine into a small pot.




Then add 4 tablespoons of water into th same pot.



Stir Th mixture and try t dissolve th gelatine.

Then heat th mixture and stir them at th same time so that it will be liquified.







When it become liquid, add th 4 bottles of vitagen slowly. Keep stirring when you pour It in t prevent any solid from forming now



Pass th mixture into moulds and add in NATA de coco. Add as many as you want.



Then you are more or less done!




When it is cooled, place in into th fridge for it t become jelly.




AND it's ready t be served th next day!!




IT TASTE exactly like vitagen but it's very nice combining w NATA de coco!! Hahaha. I added alil too lil NATA de coco for my jelly! ): shall try t add more th next time!! Hahah.

You all should try doing this too!! And eat it when you're craving for desserts!! Don't need t be afraid of gaining weight or whatsoever cause it's very healthy!! :D

One bad thing is that If you don't have maid, be prepare t wash such a pot...





Gelatine cooled and harden t form jelly around th pot. -.- hahaha. But I can be removed one!! Like this!!



Clean right clean right!?!? Hahah
